Polly’s leadership expertise began as an Army officer, continued through Board-level corporate directorships and now sees her as a world-class executive coach, considered one of the most skilled and trusted in the region. She is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the industry-leading International Coach Federation.

With over 5,000 hours of coaching experience, she pursues her passion for provoking leaders to challenge the status quo with open mind and open heart – providing ‘a pause to accelerate’.

Polly co-founded Spring Coaching in 2008 and is proud to encourage her clients to boldly lead from a true sense of purpose. With keen intuition, she accompanies leaders as they realise their unique strengths, develop clear strategies to rise to any challenge and inspire teams to create the future.

Recent projects include supporting a CEO to build meaningful confidence and trust at Board level; allowing a newly-appointed MD to establish followership of a diverse team and a challenging stakeholder network; assisting a President to establish and re-shape the regional team through a significant global restructure; and helping a GM to transition into a senior corporate role, requiring a more nuanced style of leadership.

Tom Young

Tom is one of the Middle East’s pioneer executive coaches, in practice since 2000 and now with over 5000 hours’ experience. In 2015 he became the first executive coach in the UAE to attain Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation from the prestigious International Coach Federation (ICF).

Beginning his career in adult education in Japan, he evolved from teacher to training professional with a global consultancy, before setting up his own business as an executive coach.

In 2008 Tom co-founded Spring Coaching with the aim of “creating and engaging in conversations that move people”.

Tom truly partners with clients as they face what their world of tomorrow is asking of them. Helping mobilise their talents, discover a true mission and activate the courage to create positive impact in their organisations and the wider world.

Recent assignments include supporting a CEO to navigate and influence an ownership change; assisting a Senior VP to establish direction, alignment and commitment with a global team; and working with a newly-promoted MD to both revive an ailing business and assimilate into a new country
