She is a member of the Confederation of Real Estate Associates (CERA), the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and the Retailers Association of India (RAI), and works with over 25 established developers across Bengaluru, including Prestige Group, Brigade Group, Godrej Properties, Sobha, Embassy and L&T Realty. As Director, she connects Tashi’s team of specialists around each client’s requirement, from the first conversation through to closure.

Satish has led site selection and market entry for hospitality brands including Araku, Secret Story, Bastian, One8 Commune, Radio Bar, Akina, Nom Nom, Daily Sushi and Homiga, alongside real estate sourcing for large residential and retail developments such as a 36-acre project with Sai Lakshmi Mills. His focus spans multi-city expansion strategy, high-street and commercial real estate sourcing, market fit evaluation, and location scouting and negotiation.

His leasing experience includes roles with Polestar Consultancy, Incluesiv Advisory Services, Shriram Properties, True Value Homes, RMZ Corp and Lancor Properties. He has worked on tenant strategy, lease negotiations, transaction structuring and relationships with international property consultants. His broader interests include angel investing, AI and PropTech.

Asha is a master consultant in commercial Vastu with over 25 years of experience and has served more than 45,000 clients. Her approach is result-oriented, with consistent follow-up through every engagement and reasonable, transparent charges. She takes on clients only through word-of-mouth referrals rather than advertising — many of whom she considers close friends today.

Ram brings extensive experience in residential real estate sales, business development, institutional sales, channel partnerships and project marketing, with particular expertise in luxury residential apartment sales, new project launches, market expansion, corporate and institutional sales, channel partner management and NRI outreach. His recent focus has been North Bangalore’s emerging luxury residential market, particularly the Aerospace Park and Airport corridor, where he has worked on positioning, launching and selling premium residential developments — combining strategic thinking, market knowledge and relationship management with digital marketing and AI-driven tools to generate qualified customers.

Her profile includes a Senior Legal Manager role at Ashvik Law Associates and legal consultancy with K. V. Narendra and Associates. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Mysore University and a Master of Laws specialising in Business Law from Kuvempu University, as well as an MBA and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management.

Nagaraja is a Fellow Member of ICAI (FCA), holds an ACS from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI, and is a B.Com graduate from Mangalore University (2004). After a year with ABB Ltd, he moved into practice in 2011, working across statutory, internal and management audits for companies, firms, LLPs and individuals, with a thorough understanding of Indian law, regulation and corporate taxation. He travels across India to serve his clients.
